Here's the secret to replenishing your feet

Ok so the secret is Epsom salt!! You can purchase anywhere and don't be afraid to buy store brand this big bag here cost me under five dollars! So here are the steps and it is very important to follow these simple steps for better results.

First your going to need:
A bowl big enough to fit both feet in
Epsom salt
A rasp/callus remover (as seen in picture)
Plastic wrap
And maybe about an hour of time

step1:
This is the most time consuming part of the whole process but SO worth it!
Fill your bowl with warm water and about a cup of Epsom salt and soak your feet for about 30minutes (read a book, watch YouTube lol)

Step2:
Use your callus remover ( the metal surface side) and scrape all the dry skin off then use the other side to smooth rough edges

Step3:
Dry your feet and rub hair conditioner,thick lotion, yogurt anything with a rich, thick texture onto the bottom of your foot and then wrap your foot around with plastic wrap ( can also use a plastic bag) and then put a sock over your foot and repeat all the steps for your other foot and then leave it on for about another 30 minutes last but not least remove the wrapping, admire your new feet and wear socks for the rest of the evening so it can finish replenishing. Try to do this once a week if your foot is really rough repeat treatment once a day for a week :) hope this was helpful let me know if you have any questions :)

Ladies ladies ladies guess what? I have a secret ingredient that's less than 5.00 and is going to give you soft feet again :) it's amazing I tried it for the first time last night and wow!!! My feet feel really soft! Love it comment below to let me know if you want more details :)

Update!!

Here is a quick update on my craft room ahhhhh!!!! =} with a professional painter.... Ba ha ha ha ha!!!!

Moving is a drag!!!

Note to self!! Never move alone again!! My honey and I have been moving our stuff back and forth to the new house which is an hour and a half away every night all week!!! I can't do it anymore ahhh!!!

Spring Chipboard Mini - using Dear Lizzy by American Craft, new springtime collection

My version of the zfold album from Laura on followingthepapertrail- using pinkpaislee paper collection, 6x9 and coin envelopes and binding it with the bind it all

My vintage paperbag album using tutorial from Laura again :), graphic 45 olde curiousity shoppe paper collection and binding from kathy orta using duct tape and closure using thick chain, clasp and key

Envelope mini to hold tons and tons of 5x7 and 4x6 pictures!! Using femme fatale by DCWV paper collection and pearl bracelet I made as a closure; I also made the silk flower from scratch :D this envelope mini was made by following kathy orta 

Mini made out of manila folders and Me and My Big Ideas-trousse de'album souvenir scrapbooking kit I picked up at the last scrapbooking convention earlier this year in Anaheim, Ca.
